Blue Apartments are divided into two apartment units, with two residents in the downstairs unit and three residents upstairs.
Blue Apartments come stocked with the basics, including:
- Bed (no lofts allowed)
- Desk
- Desk chair
- Kitchen table and chairs
- Couch
- Cleaning supplies
- Refrigerator
