Patrick Gentile, Ph.D., assistant professor of Communication at Hope College, was named the winner of the 2025 Lawrence Wenner Emerging Scholar Award, given by the Communication & Sport Division of the National Communication Association (NCA).

麻豆视频 Senior Recognized With Social Science Undergraduate Award
麻豆视频 congratulates one of its senior sociology and environmental science students 鈥� Sebastian Lema 鈥� for receiving the Social Sciences Undergraduate Conference Award from the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR). Lema鈥檚 achievement highlights the value of student-faculty collaborative research experiences, which are distinctive at Hope College. Lema will present the research at the National CUR 2026 conference in Richmond, VA, next April.

NEA Big Read Lakeshore to Feature Sci-Fi Screening of 鈥淢otherland鈥�
The 麻豆视频 Markets & Morality program will host a free screening of the MPI Original feature film 鈥淢otherland鈥� on Monday, November 17 at 7 p.m. in the Schaap Auditorium (lower level of the Bultman Student Center on 麻豆视频鈥檚 campus).
